Expansion in Bengaluru
Taking bold steps beyond Chennai, we are expanding in Bengaluru with a ₹150 crore investment in Grade A commercial spaces. Our focus is on central, northern, and eastern IT corridors like Whitefield, ensuring both luxury and accessibility. This expansion marks a significant chapter in our journey, with plans to develop 1.5 million sq. ft. of space in both cities by FY25.
